Duties to include:
• Regularly liaise with prospective tenants via email and telephone
• Conduct viewings of properties to show tenants around
• Communicate with existing tenants, helping them with any potential issues
• Ensure smooth running of the tenant referencing process
Background required:
• Previous experience in a Lettings Agency essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work to towards targets and deadlines
• Good team player
• Good IT skills to include MS

The person appointed will be competent and responsible for all types of household maintenance support.
Duties to include:
• Diagnosing and repairing faults
• Putting up curtain rails, shelves and picture frames
• Fitting smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and grab rails
• Replacing fuses, plugs and light bulbs
• Fitting door and window locks, and alarms
• Unblocking sinks, and fixing leaking taps and overflow problems
• Adjusting or re-hanging doors
• Moving or assembling items of furniture
• Painting and decorating
• To place and use dust sheets to protect areas from dust etc.
• Replacing fuses, plugs and light bulbs
• Basic gardening services, clearing out guttering or minor building repairs
• Be proactive with residents, keeping them informed; maintaining positive relations and demonstrate good customer care.
Background required:
• City and Guilds or NVQ2 qualification in similar field, or an equivalent qualification
• Full current UK driving licence
• First Aid / Health and Safety training desirable
